Major Duties and Responsibilities

The teacher’s duties include:

  • working collaboratively and cooperatively with the HOS and the departmental team to support the school’s vision, mission, and the School Improvement Plan and to create a dynamic, aspirational, and academic environment

Position Summary

The nurse is in charge for providing health services to ensure students’ physical growth and well-being. He/She treats students’ injuries or illnesses, and advises students, their parents or guardians, and staff on health issues. The school nurse assesses the school environment to prevent injury and ensure safety, monitors students’ immunization, manages communicable diseases, and develops plans for student care.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The nurse’s duties include:

  • promoting healthy habits among students and staff, such as proper nutrition and hygiene
  • collecting students’ medical records and vaccination records, uploading them on the school portal, and updating them as needed
  • providing immediate healthcare to students and staff in case of illness or injury
